DELETE a set of BI users from a specified BI Server

delete {protocol}://{base-url}/integration/v2/bi/server/{server_id}/user/

DELETE a range of BI users by ID. Note that all bulk DELETE methods require a range of IDs. This method is not allowed for non-virtual BI Servers.
