Creates a SCIM token for authenticating SCIM calls from an external identity provider (IdP) to Alation. For more details on SCIM integration with Alation, see Enable SCIM Integration for User and Group Management. This endpoint requires authorization using an API access token for a Server Admin user in Alation.
