Create documents in bulk or individually. Documents must include a title, document_hub_id, and parent_folder_id. Requires EDIT permission on the parent_folder_id. Steward, Composer, Source Admin, Catalog Admin, and Server Admin roles can use this endpoint. Viewer and Explorer roles are blocked.
